While working on a project such as this, time management is key to meeting the set deadline. At the beginning of the project, I was given a timetable of when certain parts of the project had to be completed. The first part was to design the invitation and matching ticket for the morning & afternoon events. This was done a month prior to the second part, compiling the list of graduating students and speakers into the Commencement Book.

Once I was given the first set of names & information, I had a week to create a layout (that would be easily editable down the road by using styles) and fill in the student names. Once the book was proofed once, within a week's time in-between two more proofing, I had to make any corrections and add any last-minute graduating students' names.
